So this is the 20th anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin wall-And what have we done?

Celebrations shouldn't be acritical. What we have done these twentieth years? What has the Bush (father and son) administration done? What has the European community and the United Nations done?
Some fools talked of "The end of history". Other fools thought that, if oppressive, forced economic dirigism and collectivism was bad, unrestrained robber-barons-capitalism was good. Enron, Madoff, the subprime crisis had ensued. What folly it was to let Urss crumble apart without Occidental help, destabilizing the international equilibrium? The chaosinUrss and Middle east left room for the criminals of Al qaeda. 11/9 led to 9/11 whit all that ensued, and it was all permitted by International Negligence 8we were all busy discussing Clinton's odd notions of sex and adultery). And let's not talk of the Yugoslavian bloody mess. A carnage wholly evitable.
The world needs more responsible and far seeing leaders than those we've had in this twenty years. Hope Obama is one that will redress some of the errors of past administrations.
