Ignorant or liars?

Putting aside the improper use of the word "legitimate" by a legitimate idiot, how can we possibly elect persons who believe that a raped woman cannot be pregnant, that the world was created in six days, that global warming is not real, and that UFOS built the pyramids? Are they ignorant or liars? I both cases, we won't want them governing us!
